Grist Mill in Eastern PA or NJ.

We want to "convert" the bare minimum to make it habitable, with the goal to preserve and change as little of the original mill as possible. We would love to help if you have a love for your mill but can’t keep up with deterioration. We don’t have a large budget, but we have a passion for mills and we are looking to preserve and breathe life into an unused mill. Any leads would be helpful as well. Thanks in advance!

Grist Mill

l am building a real 1780's Colonial village in North Carolina. I am in need of a gristmill, pre 1800's to dissemble and move to my site. I plan to be open in 4 years, so I really need it within 2 years. Can you be of assistance?
